Love Me Some Pasta & Ice Cream

My mom kindly reminded me that I've been seriously slacking in my daily blog posts...so here I am writing a post for all my lovely readers, and my lovely mother. She was also kind enough to share her disgusting sickness with me, so I've been busy sleeping and trying to fight this thing off. I must be doing something wrong, because I've had this thing for like 2 weeks and its still hanging on.

Yesterday I had dinner with one of my sisters at my new favorite place, Noodles and Co.

I'm in love with the futuristic pop machine, and I was brave enough to try a new kind of pop. My sister will try anything once, unlike me that sticks to what I know. I hate wasting money trying something new and not liking it. I know I'm golden to try something new if my dad or husband are around because they will eat anything. I once tried to get my husband to try lobster ice cream when we were in Maine this past summer. And yes, it actually had lobster chunks in the ice cream...it looked sick, but there were plenty of people eating it. Ugh, absolutely disgusting, but I wanted my husband to try it just to say we he had lobster ice cream. Maybe next time! For now, I will stick to vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate sauce...a treat I only get when I stay at my parents house (my dad and youngest sister are like the Cookie Monster of ice cream) Hope everyone has a good weekend :)
